A big reason that PC players have been itching for the PC release of the game already (which finally seems to be happening!) is so they can experience an entirely new generation of mods for the title and Rockstar, it seems, is willing to play ball, and allow as many of them as you’d want, with one caveat. The Grand Theft Auto games, with their vast sandboxes and well defined physics, have always invited all manner of mods with their PC releases over the years.
